Job Duties:
- Act as the primary liaison and cultivating strong relationships between the agency, clients and third party suppliers.
- Understand clients’ objectives, challenges, and digital marketing needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, digital) to develop and implement effective digital campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns, social media platforms and content alignment with clients’ brand and messaging guidelines as well as client deadlines.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to consult and upsell agency services based on client needs.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
- Familiarity with project management tools for planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides) for creating impactful client presentations.
- Proficiency in using reporting tools to generate client-facing reports and dashboards.
- Well informed about various industry influencers and key players
Personal Skills:
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Clear and concise communication to convey project requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic digital marketing environment.
- Quick decision-making ability to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, copywriters, and marketing specialists.
