Job Duties:
- Organise and prioritise tasks to ensure smooth workflow across different clients & teams including creative, content, and development.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Assign tasks to appropriate team members based on their skills and workload, ensuring a balanced distribution of resources.
- Act as a central point of contact between different departments and the account managers, facilitating clear communication and collaboration among team members.
- Track project timelines and milestones to identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
- Proactively identify and address bottlenecks or issues that may hinder project progress, finding solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Work closely with account managers, project managers, and department heads to understand project requirements and priorities.
- Share occupancy and progress reports with management.
- Liaise with management & HR when new team members need to be hired.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of digital asset management systems to organise and manage digital assets, such as images, videos, and other creative materials.
- Awareness of data security principles and practices to ensure the protection of sensitive client information and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Proficient in using project management platforms such as Asana or similar tools to track and manage tasks, timelines, and project progress.
- Understanding of various digital marketing services to effectively allocate project timelines based on the unique requirements of each service.
Personal Skills:
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication with team members and other stakeholders.
- Clear and concise communication to convey project requirements, timelines, and expectations.
